Looking for a pacifier without plastic, latex, or silicone? Look no further. The Goldi pacifier is made from pure rubber from the Hevea Brasilienis tree. From the manufacturer’s website:
This pacifier is produced from pure rubber and is soft, flexible and free of toxic substances; has no chemical softeners, parabens, PVC, or phthalates; BPA (bisphenol-A) free; non-allergenic and has no artificial coloring. It fulfills the high European safety and quality standard EN 1400.
It’s molded in one piece, making it easier to cleaner, and leaving no cracks or joints for bacteria to accumulate. Goldi’s come in rounded or orthodontic shapes. It was also awarded a rating of “Very Good” by the German magazine Öko-Test (“Eco-Test”). Goldi also has natural rubber nipples and teethers. It is available worldwide.
We bought one of these in each form for Oliver in the hopes that he would use them to fall asleep without being on the breast, but he completely rejected these and all other pacifiers as well. I still highly recommend them. They’re made from renewable rubber and don’t contain any possibly harmful chemicals.

Love the new site, Christina! But please don’t forget about your loyal Ami-Expat readers!
Thanks. I’ve had a little writer’s block with the AmiExpat site, but I’ve got a couple ideas brewing. Hard to find time with my mom visiting, but I’ll try and get something up momentarily.
Christina, lovely new site!!! Your baby is cute!
Thanks, Sining!
